Adequate local employment and a jobs-housing balance are extremely important for the long-term success of a community. Liberty Groves proposes two business parks to capture a variety of jobs and to ensure a jobs-housing balance within the community. The business parks are intended to accommodate a variety of uses in a business park setting including warehouse, light manufacturing, research and development, professional offices, and some secondary commercial uses. The project's mixed use areas will also provide a number of retail, service, and office related jobs.
